What you will do
In your role as Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment processes by identifying, attracting, assessing, and recruiting talents from all over the globe. This includes working with candidate sourcing, screening, and short-listing of candidates, conducting psychometric tests and competence-based interviews. You are expected to work independently but also in close collaboration with business managers and HR colleagues as well as your talented colleagues within the team working towards the same goals.

 

Who are you
To be successful in this role, we believe you have extensive experience of global talent acquisition, probably from an internal TA department and/or from the agency side. Experience of recruitment within R&D and Technology is important in this role. You are a certified user in psychometric tests, and you work with sourcing and Talent Insights tools. We believe that you have an academic degree in a relevant area, possibly with a flavor of engineering or IT, and that you are fluent in English  both written and verbally. Over the years, we believe that you have gained knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and trends – but still kept a curiosity to learn and develop within this field. If you have experience working in the SuccessFactors suite, that is seen as meritorious. Last, but not least, your positive approach will take you a long way!
